Zaprating helps Airbnb hosts draft review-removal requests. We process as little personal data as possible.

What we process

Text you paste (e.g., reviews, notes) — processed in real time.
Optional uploads you attach (e.g., screenshots, PDFs, images).
Basic technical logs from our host (IP & user-agent) for security.

How we use it

We use your inputs to generate drafts. We don't sell data or build user profiles.

Retention

We do not permanently store pasted text. Uploads, if enabled, may be handled briefly by our hosting/storage provider to deliver them to the AI service and are deleted when no longer needed for this purpose.

Processors

We currently use providers such as Vercel (hosting) and OpenAI (AI processing). If this changes, we'll update this page.

Your rights

EU/UK users may request access or deletion at hello@zaprating.com. Because we minimize storage, there is usually nothing to delete beyond transient logs.

Security & metadata

We use HTTPS and modern hosting. Uploads can include metadata (e.g., EXIF/GPS). Remove it if sensitive.
